Payment of invoices from Going to the Sun Marketing Associates, LLC can be made via cash (local only), check, or using Visa, Mastercard, American Expresss or Discover. Invoices sent via email will include a link to pay through our invoicing software (Harvest). Invoices may also be paid by calling us, if you would prefer to make the payment over the phone. We can process Credit Card and eCheck payments over the phone, as well as setup Recurring Billing for our clients paying us on a monthly basis. Due to the nature of our services, there are no returns or refunds on credit card transactions – all sales are final. Thank you for understanding this, and for your business!
Your invoice notification emails will now include a link that says “Click here to view and pay this invoice online!” Click that link to review your invoice, then click the “Pay Invoice Online” button at the top left corner. Fill in your credit card information and click “Pay Invoice” to submit your payment immediately. You will receive a confirmation of your transaction in your email, for your records.
If you are a monthly retainer client, and would like to set up automated, reoccurring billing, please call Cassandra Moffitt at (585) 210-2310 during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Expresss or Discover and eCheck for these payments.

The information collected during transactions (name, company, address, telephone, email, etc) will only be used to complete the transaction or address invoicing questions and never for marketing. We abhor spam as much as you do, so this information will never be sold or shared (other than for the purpose of processing payments or performing business at a client’s request).
